Team management is handling the team's problems and excuses, maintaining the team's score and doing proper counseling of the team members (on specific topic) and creating the team for particular task or may be for life too.

Dream:
A dream is that which can't make you sleepy.
You will be sleepless until you will not achieve that.
Sometimes many people's dream die because of some unexpected disasters and tired from many struggles and frauds, cheating people, numbers of sacrifices and much more.
Start bounce back guys but not only bounce back, apply learnings from your all struggles, frauds, cheating and cheap people and mostly from the sacrifices.
