Dream:

A dream is that which can't make you sleepy.

You will be sleepless until you will not achieve that.

Sometimes many people's dream die because of some unexpected disasters and tired from many struggles and frauds, cheating people, numbers of  sacrifices and much more.
Start bounce back guys but not only bounce back, apply learnings from your all struggles, frauds, cheating and cheap people and mostly from the sacrifices.

After learnings, be smart, be intellectual, apply calculated sacrifices, take calculated risks. And remember you are high efficient and very high experienced person now ok.

Entrepreneur:
An entrepreneur's dream is not only luxurious bunglow, luxurious cars, groceries, Islands, heavy luxurious lifestyles. This all dreams are after achieving goals.
It means this all are secondary dreams.
Prior dreams are providing values, focus on revolution, public(customer's satisfaction) value according to projects and startups.
And obviously huge amount of money is also a prior dream.
Entrepreneur work for others as well as self.
But employee work only for self and his/her family. That's the difference.

Little mistake:
Many people start some venture or enter into the entrepreneurship because they tired from their jobs, they don't know entrepreneurship is more difficult job than employee works.
So please don't do that. Come into the entrepreneurship if and only if you want to achieve anything big in your life, want to be out from rat race, not because you tired from your job.

Many people even don't know their dreams properly. They only remember and memorize their dreams.
First of all everyone need to sure and confirm their dream first before start workings. Some industries say that always write your dreams in note book, personal diaries and it will be helpfull to complete and full fill your dreams. But if you don't open your notebook and diaries daily then how will it be possible ?
According to entrepreneurs, your dream should be in your mind at all time, in struggling face, in sacrificing face, at crying time, also when you stuck in life it means at all time.

One self sincerely talk in the night before sleeping, it's very enough for you to be in your dreams at all times.

Dream is not a memorization and remembered thing, it's a burning desire and open eye goal for which you have to work. A strong dream is always that dream in which your goals and targets also available for others. It means little bit helping for others but it's not always necessary, it's not a term to help others always.
If your dream don't have burning desire, open eye challenges, goals you can't reach on the next level. To reach out on the next level you have to make strong your first step and that's the dream.
